About Stuart N. Delman, D.D.S.

Stuart N. Delman D.D.S. brings an extensive and eclectic educational experience to his practice of dentistry. His pre-doctoral education includes a diploma from the North Carolina School of the Arts and a B.A., cum laude, in psychology from Brooklyn College. Dr. Delman received his D.D.S. degree in 1981 from New York University College of Dentistry. Prior to moving to the North Country in the summer of 1993, Dr. Delman practiced dentistry in the New York metropolitan area.

Throughout Dr. Delman`s professional career he has actively pursued clinical excellence via continuing dental education. He keeps up with new procedures and techniques so that his patients receive the best care possible (See Cosmetic Dentistry Photo Album) . He is a member of the Internet Dental Forum in which dentists from all over the world share clinical information on a daily basis. Among his many hobbies are gardening, hiking in the Adirondacks, listening to classical music, photography and enjoying life in the North Country.

His gardening efforts can be appreciated at the dental office in the warmer months. His efforts have earned him annual Beautification Awards from the Adirondack Mountain Garden Club from 1997 to 2007. His hiking and photography hobbies can be enjoyed on this website's Adirondack photo section  as well as slide shows and photo essays which appear on the pull down menu on this website's main page. Dr. Delman has contributed many hiking photo essays to the Adirondack Mountain Club website, www.adk.org on the "Hikes You Might Like" page. Those hikes include Sawyer Mountain, Hopkins Mountain, Mount Adams, Ampersand Mountain, Paul's Ledge, Cascade Mountain and Black Mountain. Many of Dr. Delman's photographs have been selected as the "Photo Of The Day" on the North Country Radio website, www.ncpr.org. One of his photos, "Purple Pine Cones On Hopkins Mountain", was selected as a merit winner in the 2005 Adirondack Life photo contest.  Dr. Delman resides in Lake George N.Y. with his wife, Suzanne, a writer, and his menagerie of pets.
