About Our Office
Mission
Our philosophy of practice is to provide to our patients the highest quality of comprehensive dental care in the North Country. We pride ourselves on our prevention oriented philosophy. We utilize the most modern techniques and procedures so that our patients are totally comfortable during their treatment. We also maintain the highest standards of instrument sterilization and infection control for our patient`s safety. Gentleness, caring concern and communication are the concepts we embrace when treating our patients. It is our belief that a pleasant and comfortable visit to the dentist will enhance our patients interest in maintaining their teeth in optimum health.
Financial Policy
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit. If treatment is extensive, we do offer several payment options. Please speak to Suzanne, our office manager as to which option would be most practical for you.
Recall Visits
We believe in the benefits of regular preventive care and therefore encourage all our patients to return for periodic recall visits. We will send you a postcard to remind you of your recall appointment. It is also our policy to call and remind patients the day before their appointment. At the time of your recall visit, please advise us of any changes in

Patient Relations
Remember, we are here to service you in the most caring, professional manner possible. We are never too busy to treat a dental emergency of a family member or friend or to have family members or friends as new patients in our practice. Our goal is for our patients to experience a truly positive dental experience in our comfortable log cabin environment. We trust that you will be satisfied.
Dental Services
- Hygiene-Initial cleaning and maintenance visits with our registered board certified hygienists
- Children's Dentistry- preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants (clear fluoride containing coatings which prevent tooth decay)
- Cosmetic Dentistry- Lifelike crown and bridge work, bonded tooth colored fillings, all ceramic crowns and porcelain veneers
- Teeth Whitening - Whitening of your teeth done safely at home after Dr. Delman custom fabricates flexible, light-weight dental trays and prescribes a whitening gel for your specific needs
- Oral Surgery- extractions done with gentleness and care
- Periodontics-non surgical and surgical gum treatments to allow patients to keep their teeth affected by gum disease
- Endodontics-treating teeth that are are causing pain or are infected
- Dentures-partial and full dentures-to restore chewing function and cosmetic appearance for those patients who are missing teeth
Appointment Policy
An appointment in our schedule is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and that you will be present for treatment. If you cannot keep an appointment please give us 48 hours notice so that another patient may be given your scheduled time. Our office policy is firm in this regard.Dental Insurance
As a courtesy to you, we will accept assignment of benefits as payment towards our fees but please remember:
- Your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. We work 100% for you, our patient.
- For extensive treatment that is diagnosed by Dr. Delman, our office will send out a pre-determination to your insurance company to see what benefits you are entitled to and what your out of pocket costs will be.
- We must emphasize that as your dental care provider, our relationship is with you and not your insurance company. The filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, however, all charges are your responsibility from the dates the services are rendered.
